Refund Policy

How do I return something that I’ve bought from you?

Our returns policy last for 30 days; which is enough time for you to decide whether or not you would like to keep your purchased goods from our site.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All hardware must be in the original packing, including any outer sleeve, as these contain the product serial numbers. We will not accept any hardwire back without this. In the event that we send you samples, you are more than welcome to keep them, as the above policy only pertains to purchased goods.

In order to complete a return, please fill out our Returns Form.

Next Please use or Freeport returns link. This will generate a label for your returns parcel. You do not need a printer as you will be emailed a QR code to show at the post office where they will print it for you.

Its imperative that you ensure that all items are well packaged so they don’t get damaged in transit.

 

Exceptions

Some goods are exempt from being returned due to hygienic reasons. These include:

E-liquids
Tanks/Atomisers which have been filed with e-juice or used.
Vape Kits that have been used or filled with e-juice
Drip tips(mouthpieces)
Opened coils

Exchanges
In the event that you would like to exchange your item in the quickest manner, we encourage you to re-order what you need and then use our Freepost service to return the unused items for a refund at the same time. This way you’re not left waiting for your desired product and refund from us.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected and assuming that the products have returned to us in re-saleable condition, we will refund the product value excluding any postage charges originally paid, back to the payment card that was originally used to make the purchase. Please allow a few days for the funds to be received back into your account.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within seven working days of returning your items, please do not hesitate to contact us, but please be patient, as it may take some time before your refund arrives back into your account. Sale or Clearance items

We only offer refunds on regular priced items, unfortunately sales/clearance items cannot be refunded.
