Vapemaven ensures that we get your products to you as soon as possible. In order for us to ensure this is consistently possible, we aim to get your orders shipped within 2 working days of the purchase date.

DELIVERY OPTIONS TO THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND.
*Please note that we are no longer allowed to ship batteries or devices containing batteries outside of the United Kingdom via Royal Mail. Were only permitted to ship batteries via DHL express delivery. In order to avoid any delays and additional charges, you must ensure that you select this method at the checkout. You are limited to two(2) batteries per order
ADDITIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION:
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as delivery costs. Our delivery costs are calculated based on the package’s weight due to the limitations with our shipping partners. We advise that you group your items in one order. If you do not group your products together in one order, then it would be difficult to group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each shipment compared to just one if you group them together.
We assure you that your products are packaged well to endure the roughest transit’s.
All of our packages come with a return label attached. If any orders are returned by our shipping partner, due to an incorrect address provided by you, it will only lead to you being charged for an additional delivery in order for us to re-ship your order.
E-Liquids: We ensure that e-liquids are packaged appropriately, however, there is always a risk that a leak could occur in transit. If this happens, please let us know within 3 working days so we can promptly resolve any issues. If your e-liquid bottle has been breached we would advise against vaping the e-juice as it may become contaminated.
