How Can Vaping Help you?
You’re probably reading this because you would like to learn more about vaping or are looking to leave smoking for good, but we all know that leaving cigarettes entirely has its challenges and many smokers fail several times before they manage to successfully stop. The NHS have found that vaping can be “twice as effective at helping smokers give up tobacco than other alternatives such as nicotine gum or patches”. From a smoker’s standpoint the transition to vaping can be a hard process as you are unaware of what it is and the initial learning curve can be put off. Will it work compared to other notable options. What is MLT or DLT? Which e-liquids shall I choose, What is PG/VG or how much do I need? What does all of this technical jargon mean? Here at Vapemaven, we have set out to simplify the transition for smokers and newbies, whilst ensuring you are given the correct information to make the right choices to obtain the desired outcome. From the various different types of vape kits to e-liquid, this guide will cover everything that you need to know about vaping and make the process seamless. What is an e-cigarette?
An e-cigarette, also known as a ecig is an electronic tobacco smoking substitute that creates a vapor cloud to replicate the experience of smoking a traditional cigarette. There are various types available for those first starting their journey on budget or looking to splash out on the sickest machines and builds.
What are the benefits of e-cigarettes versus regular cigarettes?
Traditional smoking contains over 4,000 chemicals, including +40 carcinogenic compounds and + 400 toxins. These range from nicotine, tar, carbon monoxide, as well as ammonia, formaldehyde, arsenic, DDT and hydrogen cyanide
Whereas E-Cigs are non-combustible devices and, therefore do not contain the contaminants seen in traditional smoking, such as ash, tar or carcinogens. They also do not smell like traditional cigarettes and widely considered by health bodies to pose no cause for concern to bystanders.
What does Vaping mean?
You probably have heard and seen Vaping before, but may not have heard the actual meaning of Vaping. Vaping is defined as the action or practice of inhaling and exhaling the vapour produced by an electronic cigarette(e-cig) or similar device like a pod system. However, here at Vapemaven we believe it’s more than just a process of inhaling and exhaling vapour produced from an ecig, but more much more than that. We believe that Vaping is a lifestyle; an opportunity and a rational choice for smokers to lead a less harmful lifestyle. It’s an option for leaving cigarettes entirely and leaving the harmful chemicals behind and making a change for the greater good. The e-cigarette market has continually taken the necessary steps to grow each year socially, political and technologically with a plethora of devices available on the market. To us the technological steps are a beautiful sight, it also means that it can be a daunting step to make as a beginner vaper due to the learning curve. We intend to ease the learning curve with this step-by-step guide into the foundations of vaping.
VAPING IS CHEAPER THAN SMOKING.
Year after year cigarettes have steadily been on the rise, now it’s the perfect time to save money, whilst leading a healthier lifestyle. According to research, smokers who have recently made a switch to vaping have “saved on average £346.32 a year after kicking the habit”. A 100ML of e-liquid that is vaped with a device such as the Aspire Pockex kit will last longer than multiple packs of cigarettes and prices start from just £8.99.
IT LEAVES YOU WITH A BETTER TASTE.
When it comes to flavour, e-liquids beat cigarettes 10/10 because of the numerous offers that you have to choose from with hundred of different flavour profiles available. As the vaping industry expands and pushes the boundaries on things with new recipes, you’ll never run out of new ones to try. Some of the most popular options include fruit, desserts, menthol and tobacco. We recommend that you start off with our most popular range, King, which has over 30 flavours to choose from.
